Definite nose and flavors of apple, combined with honey notes and the viscous mouth feel of an ice wine. A nice and less expensive alternative to ice wine.

The aroma is of fresh apples, cinnamon and spice, with a hint of honey. It has been compared to other fine ice wines or Sauternes.

Amber in colour with notes of Golden Delicious apples, honey and brown sugar. A wonderful acidity in the mouth blends perfectly with the sweetness.
